7.30am:
Bush breakfast with poetry recitals

9am:
Ring events start, demonstrations of horse drawn implements

10am:
Scone making, cooking all day, cow milking, milk separating, butter churning, petting ring, sheaf toss, entertainment, market stalls, barbecue and hot food, camel races, camel rides, blade shearing, working dogs, dog high jump, blacksmith forge, whip making, whip cracking, rope making, bullock teams, wool spinning and coach rides.

10am:
Ploughing competition (Sunday only)

10.30am:
Horse drawn harvester on the crop area

11am:
Official opening (Saturday only)

11am:
Bar opens serving Barellan Beer on tap

12 noon:
Ploughing and wool loading in the ring
Light lunch served in the pavilion

1pm:
Grand parade and Tribute to the Teams lap of honour in the ring

1.30pm:
Petting ring

3pm:
The Barellan horse team and wool wagon in the ring

3.30pm:
Bullock cueing at the blacksmith’s forge, demonstrations of horse drawn implements, wagon rides, camel rides

6pm:
Bush poetry around the campfire (Saturday only)

6.30pm:
Two course camp oven dinner under the stars plus entertainment (Saturday only)
